I help anxious, supersmart professionals who feel numb after pain and tragedy reconnect to their bodies so that they can release their pain and feel good again. Together we explore how to feel emotions without wanting to run away or find distractions and by using movement we can access thoughts and feelings that otherwise might stay hidden. By connecting to our bodies, we can truly feel our emotions and let them go (along with all the tension, pain, and stress that we carry). As a licensed professional clinical counselor and board certified dance therapist, I use dance therapy, dynamic attachment repatterning, and other mental health techniques to help people live a fully embodied life!
