Sarah Wayte
Following 20 years of a career as an accidental paramedic in the UK, Sarah upped sticks with her husband and two cats and moved to Canada where she's now a creative copywriter and brand photographer. Sarah also co-hosts a podcast about creativity and writes and takes photographs in her spare time as well as her work time because she did the thing they say you should never do–make your hobbies your job. She was late-diagnosed with ADHD back in 2022 and now fully embraces her neurospicy life. She also enjoys writing and talking about her experiences as a paramedic, especially through the lens of mental health and how it impacts first responders.
