Erin Sheridan
Erin Sheridan opened her solo private practice in 2021 to focus on working with First Responders, veterans, their family members and provides Clinical Supervision. She focuses on individual therapy using EMDR as her primary focus but will also use other eclectic therapeutic modalities as well. She has been working in the field since 2008. She comes from a first responder family and has been happily married to a first responder for the last 10 years. Erin is the Clinical Director of her local CISM team for the last 3 years and has extensive training in working first responders. As a spouse and family member, she has had a first-hand look at the impact of the job on the family. Erin’s goal is to decrease the stigma of Mental Health among First Responders. Erin is also in the process of training her American Labrador, Bella to become a therapy dog, which adds a therapeutic element to the therapy room to boost rapport with clients.
