Sgt. Jay Ball is making a return appearance on the show. We continue our conversation about mental health and first responders, particularly with police. We focus on PTSD, vicarious trauma, and the work of dispatchers and their important role. We discuss how shift work can be difficult, the perception of police, social media use for police departments, CIT versus co-response programs, as well as community policing. We also discuss mental health treatment for police.
